Biography
Manal Gamal Mohamed Ahmed was born in 1963 in Cairo, Egypt. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a very good degree with honors 1984 ,Master’s degree in Organic chemistry 1987 and, as well as a Ph.D. in organic chemistry1994 department of Chemistry Faculty of Science Ain Shams University. I am a Full Professor of polymer Petrochemical department at Egyptian petroleum research institute, Egypt and there Head of the Laboratory of Polymer. I am deputy director of the Asphalt and Polymers Service Center, Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute. I am published about 50 International Journal papers on polymer chemistry, mechanical, electrical properties of polymer and nanocomposites in leading international journals. I also supervised several Master's and Ph.D. I attended many internal and external conferences.

My research mainly employed Synthesis and chemistry of polymer, copolymer and terpolymer, nano composites, mechanical properties, thermal stability and electrical conductivity of polymer
